SCOOP RECOGNITION MUSIC VIDEO OF THE YEAR

Now, this was quite a hard search for us when thinking about music videos this year, normally there are always a couple that stand out to us most years, for example, 'Money Talks' with Fredo and Dave telling a story about the movement of money and what it does to someone. However, we've not had a whole lot of storytelling this year, not that we've seen anyway, but do let us know if we need to go back and listen to any in the comments below! 

So when searching for this recognition title, we were factoring in elements of standard rap videos, for example, girls, watches, chains, a party setting, and any sort of showing off in a nice outfit. Clavish's 'Tiptoes' featuring Manny rapper Aitch hit all of those points, it showed a very typical rap video and it just felt authentic to watch, you cannot complain about what you're seeing.

We are all very aware that both these rappers can spit, we hear what they're saying in this track for sure but we are not here for the bars right now. The video starts in a day party setting, flicking throughout from this to a night session of the party, a typical setting for the music video, and an even better setting for Aitch as we all know this is somewhere he belongs. Clavish is a bit different in this setting, we're normally used to just seeing him around big fancy cars, holiday homes, and expensive apartments. 

You cannot miss the shine on the chains around their necks, and the bussdowns on their wrists. When you watch this music video, you're seeing everything you expect to see from a rap music video, and more, you simply cannot complain.
